Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like us to delete data associated with your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other Meta platform activity that has been processed by Project Due Course, you can request deletion in two ways.

Option 1: Remove the app from your Facebook settings

You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook account:
Settings → Apps and Websites → find Project Due Course → Remove.

This stops Meta from sending us new data tied to your account.

Option 2: Email us directly

To request deletion of records we already have, email info@projectduecourse.org with the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request.”

Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as:

• The Facebook Page where the activity occurred
• The post or comment in question
• The approximate date
• The email address or name you used when contacting us, if any

What we will delete

We will delete or anonymize data we are not legally required to retain, including:

• Stored webhook records
• Comment identifiers
• Notification and audit logs
• Related Meta platform data

We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
