This website and the connected campaign tools are operated by Project Due Course on behalf of Robert P. Henri for Congress, an independent campaign committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC ID: C00946541). Mailing address: P.O. Box 31092.

What data we may receive from Meta

When you interact with our official Facebook Page, our backend tools may receive the following information from Meta’s webhook system:

• Facebook Page ID
• Post ID
• Comment ID
• Commenter name and Facebook profile ID, when provided by Meta
• Comment text
• Timestamps for posts, comments, and events
• Webhook payloads delivered by Meta
• Internal notification and audit log entries generated by our own systems

Why we collect it

We use this data to:

• Monitor comments on our campaign Facebook Page posts
• Notify campaign staff so we can respond promptly
• Avoid sending duplicate notifications for the same comment or event
• Maintain basic security and audit records

• n8n (workflow automation)
• Supabase (data storage)
• A Telegram notification bot (internal staff alerts)

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use webhook data for advertising. We do not share it with other campaigns or third parties beyond the processors listed above.

How long we keep it

We retain webhook data, comment identifiers, notification logs, and related platform records only as long as needed to operate the campaign’s communications tools or to meet legal record-keeping requirements. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymized.
